Astrill VPN is surely the only one which works consistently 100% in China. NOT the case for Express VPN, I used it for many years in China with lots of frustration, until I was recommended Astrill. Indeed Atrill is not on the cheap side, but it's definitely worth the price!

Well, i have used a china mobile wifi router with astrill on japan servers and can say the preformance is fantastic, virtually no hitches or problems, i play squad, tf2, war thunder for reference, sometimes some games may have connection issues related to some dll that astrill installs but as soon as you delete it/disableit, it works completely fine

@@Manjisaparveen-kl3ko Use Astrill. I've been using it for 2 years and never had problems. Yes it's a bit costly but MOST of the servers are working in China. ExpressVPN is a scam by now because it rarely works in China.

Just came back from China last week. KZbin app works most of the time but depends on the vpn server you connect to. Just try some of the xxx for china supercharged in the list. Mail apps didnt work with gmail but gmail webmail did work fine.
