With the whole parents situation, I think it's best for the parents to separate rather than stay together for the kids. It creates more resentment between parents, creating more of a toxic environment, making kids hate being at home. I mean my parents situation is weird, but I do remember at age 10 I wanted my parents to get a divorce. I'm 20 now and they're still together, still constantly fighting and my siblings and I still want them to divorce. I feel it also just messes up the kid's perception of love in where they haven't been exposed to a healthy version of love but rather a toxic love.

jokes and references to Devin's butt were made last podcast and I think the podcast before, and Devin makes it known every time that he doesn't like them (either with his facial expression or words)... glad Sean kinda acknowledge it in this episode (1:28:11). obvi it's fun to joke around with friends and Devin does join in on the jokes here and there but I think his friends should consider checking in w him if they haven't already/dialing it back. just a suggestion on a semi-related note, I can't help but think about how poorly a running joke like that would be received if it was made about a girl and how it's more acceptable to joke about a guy's body in our current society. in any case, regardless of gender, so long as the subject of the joke isn't uncomfy then it's no biggie, but in this case there does seem to be some genuine discomfort

While I was visiting my sick grandmother at a care center I met her roommate, I noticed she had a few gifts and food compared to my grandma who had many gifts and every type of food, I had a convo with her for 2 hours and she told me she lost her husband years ago and she had one son and 3 grandchildren, who visited once every 4 days, my grandma on the other hand, had 9 children and 27 grandchildren, we made a schedule so she can have someone every second of the day, and another schedule for my grandpa so he can have someone every second of the day, and there is always minimum 3 people with each of them. My grandmas roommate told me that she extremely regrets not having more children.

I think many of us forget that we will probably need help going to the bathroom for 15 years of our lives or more. Most elders get sick to the point they can’t even shower or use the toilet alone… please think of your future self and put effort into creating a loving big family because the love that I’ve seen my grandparents being surrounded with warms my soul so so much. Also my grandparents would fight over the stupidest shit all the time but after one day without each other my grandpa told me “ I woke up and she wasn’t by my side and I cried” and she kept telling everyone to make him the food that he loves and give him his comfortable clothes 🥹
