In 2019 Che Ahn wrote a book called Modern Day Apostles explicitly about the New Apostolic Reformation. And Bill Johnson wrote the forward, about how great a book it is to equip a new generation of apostles. *That's* what we're talking about. That simple.

The problem is your ideas about what authority modern apostles have and what their role is. You didnt explain accurately what the NAR actually is, there's more to it. The fact that you met with the pope and didn't rebuke him is why people have issues with you. The fact that the pope even holds that position SHOWS that he doesn't have a true relationship with Christ or love God. Jesus said "why do you call me Lord and do not do what I say?" And John writes that we know who loves God by who obeys His commandments, not by whether or not someone claims they had an "experience". Scripture is not open for interpretation, it means specific things, the Catholic church is the whore of Babylon described in Revelation and will play a large role in the rise and rule of the antichrist.

@@cklee_ Thats not my job to judge and rebuke unbelievers(as Paul says in 1 Corinthians 12:12)- however it IS our job to judge those who claim to be in Christ, especially those in roles of leadership and teaching. Meeting with the Pope is a once in a lifetime thing, Id say thats the ONLY chance you'd ever get. Jesus Himself opposed those in high religious offices, who were teaching perversions. What is highly esteemed to man is an abomination to the Lord.

@Dean Agnor Kris went into a little more detail about the meeting though, it is obvious from what he said about it that he didn't rebuke him and doesn't appear to have an issue with his office. He went into how the pope must love Christ, so "who is he to say anything?" Why are you so bent on defending these people when they've created so much confusion and harm in the Body? I am not accusing them of anything false, they have failed every time to really address the problems all while dismissing them and talking out of both sides of their mouths. You are doing the very thing that you're accusing me of, can you not see that? I do fear the Lord, which is why this matters to me.

I moved away and lost touch with the Bethel family which I still love and miss dearly. I cannot describe how wonderful a family it was and how honored I am to have been able to sit in service Sunday service after Sunday service learning. I am now off on my own, excited for what God has in store for my wife and I going forward.

I have great respect for many of you ….. believe you are standing for many of the right issues. I personally see a spirit of transparency and humility in you both and Bill as well. I respectfully submit this to you. But, as far as NAR is concerned, it encompasses the 7 mountain mandate! Personally I believe that is a remnant of the “Latter Rain” false teaching and is not biblical. We are not going to make the “world” right for Jesus to return. I also say sadly that you my brothers have opened the door with the grave sucking, pseudo tarot card exercises, and other things that have begged for argument! Our church has stood up for you many times but you sure haven’t made it easy! Love you guys!

@Dean Agnor I never said that the cross abolished Jesus' ministry. Honestly, I don't even know why you would say that? The gospel is the person and work of Jesus Christ (and the cross is the epitome of this). This isn't my tradition, it's what scripture teaches. Paul said that if anyone preaches another gospel (you and Bethel), then you should be accursed (Gal 1:8). Paul even went further and said that he resolved to know NOTHING but Christ and Christ CRUCIFIED (1 Cor 2:2).

If you read, Daniel, Revelation, 1 & 2 Thessalonians, and so much more, THAT is God's prophetic word. And that is why we have to keep sharing and witnessing to a lost world.

He has answered "yes" to that prayer. And I am thankful. The Bible has to be part of our amazing tool kit, otherwise we fall for things that tickle our ears.
