I think the movie takes place in the past. In Shazam they talk about Black Adam being picked long ago and the jsa is the first super team ever way before the league we know today.. however I think In the end we will see the present day black Adam meeting superman

I actually like that idea. It's a soft reboot of the DCEU. Take what works from Snyder verse, ayer verse, and leave the rest.

No it doesn't, he's talking about superman and how he's not of this earth but from krypton. Black Adam is further canonizing the snyder cut, which is the main earth in the DCEU, and putting itself in it's universe.

@@Auron1Roxas2 Zack Snyder will never work with DC again and has his own movies and projects for the next couple of years. As i said they take what worked and go from there.
