It is amazing! I didn't think it was too expensive. But I didn't do any boat tours or eat at sit-down restaurants.

Scaffolding is what you get somewhere on your Italy trip or even your European trip. Ancient buildings need work all the time. By the way you do a great job of getting places early before the crowds

I would recommend where I stayed in La Spezia. It was Monteverdi Resort and one of the better hotels from the trip.
