I've had knee pain for decades from various sports and activities. Doing the Hindu squats have strengthen my knees and taken most of that pain away.

People in western countries, don't use Asian toilets, like in Asia, many of Western fittest athletes will struggle to sit on their feet There will be a time when " Goongey" scientists will research and prove that "Talk too much is bad for your vocal cords and tongue" That's makes sense because after many years of not using their vocals and tongue for so many years and then going into full force speaking. The damage will happen .

We put knees over toes while climbing stairs too. If you want to make your knees stronger you got to put some strain on it, so let it go past the toe to give it some good exercise 😊

i do 100 squats in one go hindu squats without any issue , i also go gym squats , now understanding the pain point . Pain in your knee can be due to various issues , if you knee makes sound tak tak with every squat , you body may be high in vaat dosha (Ayurvedic version of nervous Problem) (i had same problem and i fixed that ), after performing hindu squats perform proper stretching like paschimootanasana , trikonasana . In HIndu Squats weight gets transferred on toes and your calf muscles get activated (Calf muscles are responsible for sending blood back to upper body ),infact hindu squats will strengthen your knees

Very intelligently explained! In our household, my father used to make me and my brother do these hindu squats everyday... Minimum 100. If not more. If we can do more, still better... We used to hate this thing so much. But later we realised what a great favour he did to us! Even for punishment for our mischief, he used to make us do hindu squats every time.. It was like the favourite exercise administered by him to us. Uthak-baithak karo... Schools mein bhi teachers yahi karate the... Ab wo jamana gaya. But us jamane mein, like 25-30 years ago from now, ye bahut badhiya kaam hota tha.. 😂💪

Bhai har state me pehelwan ka culture hota hai , and Sri Hanuman Ji or Parshuram etc.. as ideal Sadly most states have forgotten it , Haryana has more or less kept it popularized, which is nice.

"Stop some incoming" Diet is the most important thing and like exercise you can't just jump into it at 100%. You aren't ready for it. I started eating mostly the same stuff but only eating fruit when I wanted a snack And I cut my portions down Basic stuff but really hard at first. It gets easier

I don't think it's the fault of the squats, but my form might be imperfect. I sometimes worry about the way my knees move. Should they move forward in a straight line? Or is it fine if they go a bit to the sides? I thought they might have to go right in the direction in which the toes point, but then again, should the toes point straightforward or a bit to the sides?:)
