Born in Netanya, Israel, Rabbi Yaron Reuven began his American Dream as a little boy, when his family immigrated to the United States. Rabbi Reuven, I'm currently living Gennon 24/7 because I suffer from everything you mention and more. I fear Hashem with love and don't mess around. I listen to Mizrachi lectures and your lectures. Every time I lose my temper and bad words come out of my mouth, I count them. I scream, cry, and run like a chicken without a head, asking the creator for forgiveness. I'm currently learning the TORAH. My sister is teaching me and is able to calm me down because I just want to end my life. I pay my title, donation, and every bad word that came out of my mouth at the end of the month. I no longer curse like before, but sometimes I lose my temper and go nuts, so a bad word can come out.

I met Eliyahu HaNavi the other night. And he showed me a picture of Gehinom and used real life examples from my personal life insuch a way that was kind enough to wake me up to my sins without me dying from shock. I listened to every word because usually I will automatically ignore but it was the way he put it and he used examples that I had kept hidden away in dark places. He showed me all these places and gave examples about my attitude toward such bad, such as me laughing my head off like it's a big joke whilst doing something that is like murder towards another. Every time my mind would wander he would pull me back and tell me immediately where I wandered. I knew this was the real deal and God sent him to me to help wake me up. He even repeated these letters to me KH. He told me when I pray it is sounding like a person who writes Christmas cards and like somebody who is trying to sell a product Wow! He showed me an area in my room that I need to clean. And now I know this was the real deal especially after you reading this from out of your book.

the way of the Torah is to use the cleanest language and therefore we chose a word that the wise will realize, while the fools will use as something to make fun of if they want. as Rabbi Yochanan says in the Yerushalmi masechet Peah, We careless about the fools who choose to remain blind

Because the Chachamim of old did not sugar coat reality of this world and next was one.(the secret of Echad) P.s the hanging from the chest would be for another sin correlated to that body part..as are the breasts(dadehen) for their correlation of sins.
