Brother.. My total fee is 24,207(tuition + living cost) pounds which is around 22,57000 in Indian rupees.. I already paid 4k pounds to uni as a initial deposit.. So 20,207 pounds is left which is 18,84000 rs. I am taking education loan from the bank 10 lacs. And another 10 lacs I have shown my mother and father joint savings acc with consent letter. Will it be sufficient?

it will be sufficient but u will have to hold the funds for 28 days...be mindful of that...if it was 18 lacs entirely loan then u can apply for ur visa instantly. But now u need to wait for 28 days because its savings+loan.

Wise doesn't charge any fees separately but the rate it uses effectively covers the charges. Transferring through the bank's Branch may turn out cheaper. Hdfc in my case. The branch manager can lower the rate a bit. Negotiate.
