Moved my wife here straight out of Brooklyn a few years ago. She has adapted completely. We put up 180# of GC in our freezer this year, up from 150# last year because we ran out before the season returned. She puts GC in everything. Italian recipes handed down for generations now include GC! It's awesome. Used to be every meal in our house started w olive oil and garlic, and they still do, but now GC is included. Just found and subbed to your channel, great work, keep it up!
