I actually think the new Hatch Lumbres are even hotter than Habaneros. Try them, love them. I just ordered my 20 pounds direct from hatchgreenchile. Go Aggies, party on and be excellent to each other. Hobbs to Cruces to Tahoe to Seattle to Reno style.

What is this hatch lumbre you speak of?! I'm intrigued. Wife and I moved here a few years ago and are addicted. Put up 180#, mostly big Jim- some of a hotter version but I don't remember the name. Fuck yeah to your Tahoe statement! Lived in South lake for a couple years. One of my favorite places in the world. Edit to add: just googled the lumbre. I'll be talking to our farmer connect about that next season, Thanks!!!
