You only need a light mist the stuff will continue to work for up to 2 hours afterwards. They also offer a neutralizer if the smell gets too much

You need to use the RMR 141 after, this is just removing stains and not the mold.

Are you saying that I painted over the mold? The wood looked nearly raw again, and I applied a new coat of outdoor stain.

It could grow back if you didn’t use the rmr 141 but it won’t be for a ver long time

thanks, yeah I was thinking the same thing. Should I do an application of RMR 141 after the RMR-86. BUT i'm getting mixed reviews, so ppl are saying the RMR-86 PRO should be enough to kill it as well.

@@ChrisMillerElFotoGuyI used the 86 and the mold didn’t come back. I also solved the moisture issue though. They don’t list 86 as a mold killer because they didn’t get it certified for that so they can’t claim it. (Rmr141 is listed as a killer in that way). But I’m pretty sure it kills it also. Ymmv.

Use the 141 first then the 86. Better to be safe than sorry…why else would They sell Both

@@dawnsreviews7205 I followed up with an outdoor stain. So far the color is staying true! I'm sure it would look moldy by now if I hadn't applied the outdoor stain.

That does not look like mould it looks more like someone has used a flame burner & gone all the way across carefully so it wouldn't damage the would

Just power wash and you’re good. Also that mask ain’t doing anything for the odor.
