DOES IT WORK? Liqui Molly lifter additive (AMAZING RESULTS!)

Our old friend Gordon seems to have developed a nasty lifter tap. After doing a few days of research on what brand of additive works the best, I decided to try the LIQUI MOLLY brand. Let's see how well it actually works!

Is the liquid Molly OK to use a 2006 Ford E350. I’m not sure if they have hydraulic lifters? I heard the Chevrolets do
