I've not sublimated on less than 90% polyester. I wish I could be more helpful.

Would baking paper work as well or do you only recommend butcher paper?

I've been successful with unwaxed parchment paper. Make sure whatever you try is unwaxed. Butcher paper tends to work best.

I see you had no butcher paper between the front and the back. Did it bleed through?

Excellent question. No, it did not, and if there is bleed on my shirts it stays on the inside and doesn't go through to the other side where it would be visible. I'll have to do a video and show the inside next time!

@@lisawarren7553I believe that is a good practice to do. I have been lucky with many of my projects. However, each item varies and some need the extra barrier. :)

Oh no. I wonder if the image was taped down enough. That sounds like the Sublimation paper possibly could have shifted or moved.

I just started by buying the same printer epson et2800, sublimation ink, sublimation paper and used a polyester tee. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong since I’m doing everything as everyone says in the videos. Help! 😅

Maybe list what problems you are having I have the same printer, and I use izumi ink in it on the epson matt paper with high quality output or i use the izumi ink profiles and 125g a-sub paper and don't have a problem with it

What are the things that you are frustrated with?

I wish that the drawer pulled out all the way. I wish the Teflon sheets didn't stick to the heat plate. There's a limitation to the size of blanks that will fit. But, other than that I LOVE IT so far. I love the size 15×15 inches!!! And, the fact I just push a button to press is fantastic, especially for people with medical conditions like arthritis, etc.

@@danyelle87 I'm hopeful htvront will have an updated version (eventually) that will correct all the first generation model's issues. I really do love it, even so. ;)

hey i’m interested in using this for my sublimation business. i sell small objects currently I am using a circuit heat press, do you have to have butcher paper on both sides so it would transfer over and i’m also curious on your thoughts about pressure. Thank you in advance

I recently got one of these and I’m so confused - I want to be able to adjust the pressure. Every press is the same pressure? It’s leaving marks on all my toddler sized clothing because I’m using a Teflon pillow. Do you have any idea on a resolution to this? Should I just turn down the heat and time?

Sublimation is hot peel and vinyl is cold ? I have this machine sitting in the box still 😂

@@melnakabayashi2712 Sublimation is dependent on the surface and what kind of heat press. For example a coffee mug in a mug press need to cool before removing Sublimation. Heat Transfer vinyl aka iron-on depends on the material, it will say if it's, hot, warm or cool peel on the directions. 😄
