Oooh, did you say it works on the PlayStation Classic, at the end of the video there? I'm interested to know if this stick would work on a genesis mini? I've pre-ordered a genesis mini 2 and am keen to get an arcade stick plugged into it, since control pads don't agree with me so much. Figure if it works with PlayStation Classic that could be a good sign... But I see someone else commented that it didn't work with their Turbo grafx mini... Hmm Guess I'll have to order an 8bitdo arcade stick and find out .. if it doesn't work... Rebox and return it under retail warranty?

Just a heads-up, you can map the menu button to the blue button. I did it with my set up and I don't need to use a keyboard anymore. If you have any other 8bitdo controllers, it's the heart button.

@@phamtq i use 8bitdo on this knockoff chinese retro console called super console x pro(with retroarch as emulator), im using sn30 pro and sn30pro + via bluetooth reciever and it works..i personally just into shmups and wanting the arcade feeling of it and i came across this 8bit do arcade stick, one question though..this arcade stick has no d input so im kinda afraid if i cannot connect it to retroarch

U could use the software to assign LS and RS to P1 and P2 in X-input mode, and they will work under MiSTer.

There is only one arcade stick that works on the super retrocade that I know of. Look for the mayflash ps2 arcade stick on eBay. Very basic stick but it'll get the job done

@@brandonroot7325 one thing that can be done is say you have a cheap premade arcade stick that you wouldn't mind swapping to a zero delay. I've done it before for the Retrocade, just swapping the encoders.

MiSTer does allow for a button combination to access the menu. Maybe if P1 or P2 were mapped to that combination in ultimate, it could be a round about way to get those buttons to pull it up.

I heard it's built to be easily modified to different joysticks and buttons.

It was kind of a big point of them saying it was easily modified... But in all honesty it's just the same as any stick when it comes to actually doing it. They included a somewhat universal mounting plate but that's all. It doesn't seem much easier than most other sticks I've dealt with, but I will for sure be changing stuff out and showcasing that in the future.
