I was a regular Kannada moviegoer since 2007 almost every Friday FDFS. 95% of Kannada films produced range from bad to worse!! We’re forced to support mediocre films, Some make films and blame audience they won’t support like Malayalam films. Take an instance, Malayalam films are always on par in world building, Script, performances.

KFI does not support small films or Bad films?? Please don't blame KFI or audience by making a bad movie! Stop playing victim and instead give better films and content, then audience will automatically uplift such movies, sorry to say but vidyarthi vidyarthiniyare was such a cringe movie!

Movie cud be cringe but he's got a valid point. Many films are being ignored. Sandalwood has bcme mega silver screen tele serial kind marathon makers. Back to back movie with no backup and no future.

@@raghavs3571 point is valid definitely, and it's true to current scenario. Atleast before saying that he could have thought whether his cinema has touched that mark, you can't blame someone else when your film story is poor, cringe, and cliche. He's just putting out his frustration.

Not blame any audience....... 1. Make good quality and story oriented movies like malayalam industry they make their culture and village background movies with better quality and gripping story. 2. First show your unity in the industry then all star heroes fans they will show their unity. 3. Don't spoil the story by adding unnecessary fights and songs . 4. I do agree about having a proper distribution system. People who hold that power should look out for quality films and push them. It benefits everybody. But playing the blame game and showing outrage is not gonna help anyone. Arun amuktha may not like what I may have got to say about his film. Most trailers released on anand audio from a decade ago used to have very underwhelming trailer cuts. Its the same issue for this film as well.

Whoever is saying 40 movies in a year would have watched all language movies... including Tamil telugu English and Hindi. Effectively they would have watched 15 kannada movies. For a normal audience these numbers are even less. I think this guy is right !! Content alone cannot save the movie. Irrespective of the language success rate in cinena is less than 10% Many times in the interviews we are talking on only successful movies and there could be more content oriented movie which did not even reach audience. This guy has given actually a good perspective. Diya was a theatrical disaster in spite of good content and 6-5=2. For Kannadigas movies are not really a mode of entertainment unlike Telugu and Tamil audience. Just watched his trailer,if he is able to release in 180 theatres with occupancy of 30% he is already successful. Producers who are investing in movies are already staring at 90% chances of loosing all there money thats the reality.

I am a ardent movie goer..i watch movie strictly based on the trailer and songs....nowadays so many murder thriller genre movies are releasing that i am fed up of blood...if not that its a comedy where d guy is not getting married or its a divource story...teenage romance caste poor rich these are also dated....this whole year the good movies i watched in theater was ondu sarala prema kathey which has a rewatch....nowadays everyone wants to do murder movie blood movie...dude our life is already hard dont show these we can watch in tv9.....

New comers beda, bari TV nal bandre ne Ganchali torstidare. Adike Nam Jana Jopana agi, yar worth idare yar hard work madtare avrna support madtare. But it takes time. Onde movie nal hit agtini Andre eega agalla. Probably before OTT it would've worked. Like 6-5, Rangitaranga, and few more. Eega ade movie release agididre no success. Soo Yarge Humbleness ide, Yarge Worth ide avr prove madkondre nam Jana support made madtare. Remember just because of the dialogue from Director of Rangitaranga during his second movie, it failed terribly, maybe the movie was bad too but it added sticks to the flame.
