Does Low Testosterone Cause Prostate Cancer?

Am 41 years old lost 1 testicule due to cancer and it metastise to my lymph node and after chemoterapy am suposse to be cancer free and always doing test to check, later on i develop other problems like low libido,depression,low energy, gynomastia and gained a lot of weight 310lbs, my doctor is going to start TRT and what worries me is the "growth" part at the moment am cancer free but test done show that i have12 to 14 in alphaprotein tests it have stayed in those ranges for 2 years now after the remotion of the testicule, should i worry a regrown tumor?
