As a former MK7 Golf R owner, he could've just deleted the resonator from the OEM system and gotten a similar sound, but I do like it.

First! Vibrant resonator does reduce a lot of the rasp from the exterior and makes the overall sound cleaner. Good job on the editing by the way, appreciate the side by side comparison.

So glad my Elantra N came with a proper exhaust from the factory. I don’t have the stress about figuring out the right system. VW really did the gti a disservice by putting a quite exhaust on it

Just don't buy a complete kit and keep swapping out resonators. some mufflers/ resonators drone more than others.

I don't agree. I had a cobalt SS supercharged 5 speed with 2 straight through resonators no muffler loud af literally no drone stg.
