I am from a mountain state located in India. Started watching anime recently. Now I am exploring the folklore of my region and wish to write stories and movie scripts. I am not an artist or an animator. I wish AI becomes powerful enough for independent artists to make mind blowing anime in the next 10 years. 🙏

3 seconds will eventually turn into 30 seconds. I can TOTALLY see the Disneys of the world being disrupted in 5-10 years. There are some truly creative people in the world that don't need a 6-figure budget, or even a 4-figure budget to create these types of animation. Thanks as always for sharing what's to come!! AI has definitely shaken up the creative industry but I am seeing more and more professionals embrace it. Personally I'm very excited to see the progress of AI video. I've been wanting to do my own short stories for some time and now with AI video I can almost get there. 😬 Appreciate the kind words and support! 🙌

You are correct . 3 secs is nothing, and what I get is generally good 2 sec and a bad last second, but that's from what I am starting with. Yes right now it is just sort of proof of concept. If have great (I think) visuals in me head but I can not translate thru my arm and hand to a pencil, brush , stylus etc. But with AI i can now produce the images that I see in my mind. For me it is just entertainment but it will be transformative in so many ways, good (new jobs) and bad (lost jobs).

when adding 4s i suggest setting the motion time to 0 to prevent most of the warping out of the i initial 3, at least when there is a animated character, with static objects it doesn’t really matter

I got my access a few days ago. I was so disappointed but this is the worst it is ever going to be and this time next year, who knows how far it will have come. You can do some really cool stuff with it but I think we're all waiting for that MidJourney moment, where suddenly, the quality is through the roof. It will come but sadly the trailer makes it look like it's already here and it's really not. Soon though.

I've learned a long time ago to have low expectations going in because I know that companies always cherry pick results and show things that are "tailored". With that being said, as I said in the video, the progress is incredible and as you said by next year it will be a different discussion. There are certain styles that work well with text to video but what you see in the trailer is mostly image to video and video to video.

Still a long way to go, between 6 and 12 months I think to make something coherent, and not 4 seconds clips with no similar characters doing random things just because.

Definitely needs some time to mature but as I said in the video, Pika's made good progress compared to months ago. img2vid does pretty well and some vid2vid. Right now from what I see txt2vid does best in certain styles. But yeah, it will be a different conversation next year...exciting!

Video on PIKA 1.0 is chaotic and much harder to get a good video, I went back to discord. Though the generation cost is ridiculous the new motion video Leonardo released despite no control makes better videos.

Nah, Just prompt correctly, instead Of "Astronaut walks to SPACEship, The spaceship..." Just be more vague and let The ai be more creative, It creates better results
