7:25 Playstation controllers except the sans dual analog and rumble of the first gen have literally always had the same basic design... Bring back Casey. Anyway, as a lifelong Playstation fan the classic is a huge disappointment... and at $100 it seems the hubris is back. Sony had the perfect opportunity to match and exceed Nintendo's offerings in this space and it seems they couldn't even be bothered.

Agree with twisted metal 2 being better than twisted metal. Also.....suikoden 2? Also remember playing Alundra and it was really good. Final fantasy 8 is so underrated. It's card game was like gwent to the witcher.

persona 1 on ps1 has aged so badly imo, persona 2 would be much better. Though i am wondering about if they will fix some of the controversial region changes, like the name changes or how the ps1 version made on of the characters black for seemingly no reason other than trying to be diverse.

The missing games for me would be Medal of Honor, FF Tactics, Tomb Raider 2, Twisted Metal 2(swap it with 1), Legacy of Kain, and Gran Turismo 1 or 2. Ridge Racer has some nostalgia but Gran Turismo is the biggest selling PS exclusive series of all time. That absolutely should have been represented.

It's weird how most people's favorite games are all older games. Well not really I guess because of nostalgia. Like my favorite linear story driven game is The Last of Us and now God of War is up there but that's more openish. I think my top game now is Red Dead 2. It always changes though but that's just how it works for me. I do love all the classics though but I never played them as a kid because I was too young so maybe that has to do with it.

PS Classic is pretty weak in its game list. I'm sure it'll appeal to some people with nostalgia for it, but there's no way it does as well as NES / SNES Classic
