I do number five n it has a calming effect. Being Catholic, I say the rosary which takes 15 minutes then brush teeth n get into bed. I also use an eye mask. Phone is switched off before I begin this routine.

I have not watched this yet, but I’m hoping you don’t say stop looking at screens 30 minutes before you go to bed, sleep in a dark room, exercise, avoid caffeine and alcohol, and don’t eat just before you go to bed.

i think magnesium is actually the one and only supplement that you will need to help improving your overall quality of life. However, magnesium threonate can sometimes be a bit overprice. I'd choose magnesium bysglycinate as an alternative. Yes it cannot be as good as mag threonate but it is way cheaper. Mixing those 2 can be a great option too.

Are you a good sleeper? How many hours of sleep do you get in a night?

I think the one thing I can't do right is go to bed early, i only sleep like 5 hours, my diet is good, and exercise like 2 hours in the gym 😢

So get sunlight early in the day, but after you already wake up, because if I get blackout curtains, light won’t come in to wake me up😅
