She DID say, Cody, that she's happy he cannot see BECAUSE she is very insecure about her looks. She shared that she was teased and bullied growing up, and to this day she believes that she's not attractive. She also said that she cannot wait to be in Nigeria and spend all her time with Chidi, do everything for him, "awaken" him to her "enlightened" views, teach him "the truth", and disabuse him of his unchallenged faith in Christianity...So, it's both a self-esteem and a control issue.

Cody! There was a very good reason Chidi shouldve been seeing the eye dr. Vision isnt the only reason, the health of the eyeball is important too. Which should be obvious by the fact she may have literally saved him from having his eyes totally removed due to the pressure in his eyes that had gone untreated. Even though he cant see with them that still wouldve been horrible. Would you rather your arm just stop working and be totally paralyzed or would you rather have it amputated? Thats his situation with his eyes.

@@CodyTrashfire you know actually she was definitely happy to hear he'll be blind forever but I feel like a part of her inside was like God dammit I should have waited because then he would have to have his eyes removed because his eyes because it was overall good that he went to the eye doctor when he did and got that script for the medication to reduce the eye pressure so I do think somewhere inside she wishes she didn't take him in.

Once she found out it made her like him even more because she does not have to care about how she looks and he likes her for her. She should've said, "I would love you sighted, and I would love you blind. My love is not diminished by the fact that you can't see." But instead, it came across as, "I love the fact that you're blind," and it's insensitive. He himself has said many times that he wished he could have at least some of his vision restored. It's almost as if she's rejoicing in his blindness because it benefits her. Yuck!

I think Rayne took Chidi to the specialist to make SURE that his blindness is permanent. That way she doesn't have to worry that they'll get married and a year later, his condition will improve enough that he could get a better job, a little money of his own, new friends, more chances to travel, etc. If he regained sight in one eye, for example, he'd suddenly have more options for many, many things...and I'm sure she fears that those options could include "a different partner" and "living in a place of his choice".

As far as I have seen Rayne and Chidi were having it out on social media so they are not together. One person said it was a fake relationship at the time. They had broke up but she contacted him and got him to do the show. She wanted/needed money. If Rayne had really cared she would have looked up glaucoma, Chidi told her they had told him previously he had glaucoma and you really need to use the medication for it. It is expensive and that’s probably why he hasn’t used it & may still not be able to afford it. Once it has advanced & they told him 10 year ago there is no fixing it. But Rayne either was too lazy or just was being extra mean. He does need the medication and even though it’s expensive then she could have helped with it if she really loved him. TLC can’t pay him because of laws and him being not in the US but they could get him a year or two worth of the medication and that would be good. I don’t expect them to do that because they aren’t good. Rayne said she doesn’t want to undress in front of a man and never took her shirt off during se_ but I don’t buy it either. It’s not like she is totally gross or ugly, she hits me as one of those people that wants to keep everyone telling her oh you’re not ugly. I think it’s control too. If they aren’t on the Tell All it’s because they broke their NDA and that’s all. Since fighting online and so much has come out about their relationship after the fact TLC is being shown as using fake couples. Nothing surprising there.

Please rewatch 9:12-9:42. See Chidi's reaction to the news. Rewatch Rayne's reaction. I HOPE I'm wrong.. but it seemed like she was almost happy.. to hear him have to endure that diagnosis again. I hope I'm wrong! It looked like a dupe of delight though. Like she knew the outcome before it happened, she knew how he'd react, she planned it like it was a little afternoon movie & watched it play out. IF SHE planned it and production didn't- I believe that could be true. If production planned it- she still should have (at the very least) done a little research to protected his emotions. Or encouraged him not to do it at all. If she knew his actual eye diagnosis' She could have known whether or not he was even eligible for potential treatment. She didnt care to ask him or look it up. So at the very least.. she's ignorant/neglectful and at most.. she's a sick, dangerous mf! 😅 Rayne seems to be further from baseline than Loren so I feel like she's more dangerous (IF what we're watching is real lol!). But their facial expressions/lack there of indicate absense.. which is concerning. I feel both of them have the potential to be dangerous. Or they're realllly great actors. (Ie: ability to have nothing behind their eyes, no emotion or fiiiierce emotion- tone, facially, physically, etc). I dunno whether or not to be nervous for the safety of those around them or impressed by their acting skills.. so I'll say that. - (As someone who's been a therapist on and off for 16 years). 😅 😂

Rayne wanted to hear it for herself that he was never going to see again and he would be fully reliant on her, however it was a good thing he did get a check up because I think there was pressure building up in his eye or around his eye that he needed the medication for because without it he will end up having to have his eye removed or something along those lines is what I understand from that episode I think. But I absolutely think it's a control thing for rayne, just like Loren she always has that weird creepy smile at inappropriate times

Hi Mr Cody, She says in Ep1 that she never let her partners see her naked and always wore clothing during sex. That is why his blindness was a plus for her. She shows signs of someone that was possibly violated while younger sad to say. Whenever I see a female cast member on the show act oddly, the first question I ask myself is “where’s her father?” In Rayne’s case, we never meet or hear about a father, plus both her children’s fathers are absent as well.

I believe she took him to a doctor to make sure he will never be able to see again, but "sold" it to us as her being caring and trying to figure out if maybe Medicine has progressed in the past 10 years and now there's maybe a way to restore his vision.

Within the last couple weeks they have been coming down on my videos HARD for copyright, even videos that are months old. I have kept my last 2 videos within 4 seconds for each clip (AND I HATE IT) but haven’t dealt with a single copyright. I did a video a week or two ago that was around 35 minutes and I doesn’t more time battling the copyright than actually working on the video. It had to be 60 hours and although I want to keep people happy, at that point it isn’t worth my time. But then….how else can my channel grow if I don’t put in the effort. It’s draining dude and honestly I don’t know why your channel hasn’t grown faster. You have a very chill vibe I hope you don’t change it up too much

I am so sorry you are dealing with this.. and really it’s the only game in town when it comes to a side hustle with online entertainment. I think people are turned off by my personality, looks, editing style and voice or a combination of some. But the people that subscribe typically really like my content a lot and are extremely supportive so I gues this channel is an acquired taste. I appreciate the kind words.
