I'm a 65y/o melanated Aboriginal and/or African descended woman who has been using RED - 650nm/FIR (Far Infrared) - 850 & 900 light for over a decade on my face and joints. I was diagnosed with DJD (Degenerative Joint Disease) in 2003. It helps considerably with the inflammation, pain management and recovery from flare-ups. The most surprising thing I stumbled upon was how it keeps my skin looking young. I have no fine lines, wrinkles, excess oil or dry ess, pimple breakouts, dark circles, uneven tone, discoloration, sagging chin/neck and people are always remarking about how smoothe and glowing it is; yet I don't use any special products beyond the usual cleanser, serum and moisturizer. I can attest to the legitimacy and efficacy of RED light usage for both medical and cosmetic usage. ------------

Over the past two months, I’ve been using a red light therapy device from Future Form Official, and the impact has been incredible. At 68, I’ve struggled with chronic knee pain from arthritis, which made my daily walks with my granddaughter less enjoyable. Encouraged by my son, I began dedicating 15 minutes each morning to target my knees and a few minutes on my hips. The relief in my joints was the first noticeable benefit, significantly reducing my pain and allowing me to stay active longer. Beyond that, my overall energy levels have soared. Mornings are now brighter, and I feel more flexible and less stiff throughout the day. A surprising bonus has been the improvement in my skin. Friends have remarked on its newfound smoothness and glow, something I hadn’t expected from a therapy device. While I’m thrilled with the results, I did find the device a bit bulky, which makes storage slightly cumbersome. It would be great if Future Form Official could design a more compact version in the future to enhance its convenience without compromising effectiveness.

Hi, DR, Truesdale. I like your show and your mother's beautiful transformation. I like the red therapy talk, too, but I didn't see anywhere about the different places you could buy them, you can look on the internet and find anything but for me it's what you're looking for and where to buy it. One more thing if any women come on your show do all of then have to be shown on TV.? And thanks for making women feel good about themselves considering all the things we have to go through just being us.

How long does it take before you start to see results?
@Dr.TruesdaleАй бұрын
If you use the mask consistently for the recommended amount of time per day, you can start to see results as early as a few weeks after your initial use. It ultimately depends on the device you're using (the intensity + amount of LEDs is important) and how often you use it.
