What if you kill the snowman but aborto genocide on Snowdin? You have the pieces in your inventory and Papyrus is spared, does Sans tell you you made a happy snowman?

Pretty sure he does, which seems like something of an oversight lol. The only conditions to get that dialogue are that you didn’t kill Papyrus and you have a Snowman Piece. Which means he’ll say the Snowman is happy even though he’s, er, dead.

When you receive the Neutral Route ending phone call from Sans, as long as you have a save file, are not wearing the bandage, have consumed a healing item (that isn't the pie), didn't kill Papyrus, and have a Snowman Piece in your inventory, Sans will tell you that you made a snowman really happy.

Nothing LV means nothing to the ending Only the murder level is important, which you gain from killing everyone and bosses but it's different from LV So because Sans doesn't give any murder level you can skip him and still get Genoncide ending
