my Parents got stuck in the philippines since 2019 due to pandemic but their green card was still valid if i buy flight ticket round trip or one way What if the immigration want them to go back.

@@allaboutimmigration101 i’ve been in my home country for 6 months now coz my youngest sibling died last Jan.and i was diagnose with Retrolisthesis im afraid when i’ll comeback the immigration will asked me why i stayed longer , im 70 years old planning to comeback on Dec. Thank you so much to whatever advice you will give me.I still have my visiting visa.

@@allaboutimmigration101 I overstayed outside US for more than a year due to personal family issue here in india and my green card is expiring in June 2024, do I need to apply for SB 1 visa or can the local airport personnel (passport officer) allow me to board the plane to US and after reaching to US will CBP allow me to enter I afraid that they will send me back from the next flight
