Hi we moved back to India when i was 12 yr old .our green card got approved in2013 USA we got our green cards immediately after we moved to India .i had to stay back in India as per my parents wish i was a minor at that time. I'm 21 year old now can I apply for SB-1 Visa

Hello.. If can you help me I had the green card at 2002 and I lived in USA to 4 years and 6 months but my grand father died and my father take us and return to our country.... My green card expired in 2012... Is there any method to return to USA

You will have to see an immigration lawyer for your situation. Worst case scenario is that you will have to go through the green card process again.

Hi, My mother has been a US Green Card holder since July 25, 2007 to March 21, 2029. She visited Pakistan on November 29, 2022, and planned to return in November 2023. But she is undergoing treatment due to his health problems. If she wants to go back to America after one year, what is the procedure?

Try for SB1 but it won't be easy. A lawyer will be needed.

Encourage her to to consult, via video her US based doctor and to plan her return ASAP. If she has the physical green card and it's not expired, the airline is supposed to let her on the airplane to the US, where she will then face questioning. A lawyer will tell her what documents to give. If the customs agent is satisfied they'll let her back in. If they are not, tell her not to sign away her green card and demand to see the judge.
