Does Sheikh Salih al-Fawzan believe in excuse of ignorance in Shirk?

Indeed Shaykh Salih Al Fawzaan and Shaykh Ibn Baaz said this, and they said that there is ijmaa' upon there qawl. But as far as I know, Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin had two opinions upon this, and I don't know upon which from the two he died. Shaykh Muhammad Aman Al Jaami also followed another opinion. I also don't know for sure the opinion of Shaykh Muhammad ibn 'Abdil-Wahhaab, because from the zaahir of some of his aqwal it leads to that he does do immediate takfir upon shirk akbar, but from other aqwal it looks like he excuses shirk akbar if the person is ignorant. Don't call the one side that gives an excuse for ignorance with shirk akbar murji'ah, and don't call the one side that does immediate takfir upon shirk akbar khawarij.

As for Muhammad ibn Abdul Wahhab, he takfir’d those who give udhr bil jahl. Sheikh Muhammad Ibn Abdul-Wahhab (رحمه الله): ‎علماء المشركين اليوم يقرون أنه الشرك الأكبر، ولا ينكرونه، فأكثر أحوالهم يقرون أنه الشرك الأكبر، ولكن يعتذرون بأن أهله لم تبلغهم الدعوة "Today scholars of the Mushrikīn admit that it (worshiping other than Allah) is major shirk and do not deny it. But they excuse its people by claiming that the message has not reached them." 📚Durar us-Saniyyah (9/424) --- Sheikh (رحمه الله) labels those who excuse shirk, as “scholars of the Mushrikīn”, even though they admit that those actions are shirk And how did the “scholars of the Mushrikīn” excuse those people? “By claiming that the message has not reached them” (‘udhr bil-Jahl)
