Does Size Matter? Half Hood and Shower Cap Caterham 7

Very useful. I’m looking for a long-nose shower hood for a series 3 with an FIA rollbar and the oldstyle fog & reversing lights.

Hi they long nose shower cap is great I think. Not just for rain, but also stops people looking inside when you park up places for a long period of time. I use mine with the half hood loads.

Hey thanks. I'm glad it was helpful. I think it might help a few owners when they come to buy their first half hood. I would really recommend the long nose shower cap as it covers the bonnet.

Is the distance between the screen and roll bar different on the SV with standard and track roll bars? I have a Caterham SV half hood but Caterham don't appear to offer different sizes.

Hi yes I believe it is different on a SV as well. Its definitely different on a S3. I dont know how Caterham get round this as I've never had one of their official half hoods. If you want one from Caterham I would email the parts department. I've only ever had half hoods from soft bits. There is a link in the description below.
