This almost identical murder happened in Vegas last year. A gang of thugs met with a student after school over what? A stolen gold necklace. It was about 12-15 thugs who stomped on him and then he was taken to the hospital and died 2 days later from his wounds. Police had a few videos, plus some eyewitnesses, reviewed the evidence and 11 were charged in less than 2 weeks. QCPD took TWO months to investigate and it did not hit the DA's desk until late Dec 2023. TWO more months before they got around to filing charges and arresting members of the Gilbert Goons. And she called it a 'swift investigation.' Gimme a break.

we have a 5th amendment right so we do not have to self incriminate. Thankfully Talan is not a criminal mastermind and although he had the right to remain silent, he did not have the ability to, so there he goes blabbing on social media. I am not sure going the the Cabin was a crime, but is it sure suggests guilt though. If any one of the 7 arrested could see the writing on the wall, they would sing like a bird and try to get a deal with prosecution.

That’s more than enough probable cause to arrest and charge Tyler Renner’s father for aiding and abetting his son after he murdered Preston Lord. As for the attorney who encouraged the family to skip town and let Tyler’s injuries heal, he deserves to lose his license to practice law in addition to being charged as an accessory after the fact.

Yes, the parents absolutely need to be charged. If my kid was involved in something like this I would 100% stand by him the whole way. However, I would NOT allow him to hide from police. This will catch up with you eventually. You will have to face the consequences of your actions, but I will help you in anyway possible. Need a damn good lawyer, I will take a second mortgage. Need commissary money, I will work grueling overtime hours. What I will not do is hide you from the police. Sorry if this offends anyone but it is what I would do.
