I don’t even need a rangefinder. Very happy with my Bushnell. But I watch EVERY breaking eighty review!

fyi, you can change the brightness on the TL1. While holding down the button to shoot the flag, you can keep pressing the Mode button to toggle between Automatic and 6 levels of brightness. You're a big reason why I have the TL1 and I absolutely love it.

Great video, I was really drawn to this rangefinder because of its triangulation feature (my home course in South Florida doesn’t drain very well at all and it’s cart path only quite a bit) but I may hold off until they fix some of the bugs. I believe there’s a rangefinder made by Mileseey that has the triangulation feature as well. Hopefully you can get your hands on one to review. Thanks for another great review 🙏

You should consider the Voice Caddie FIT. It has the triangulation feature and is really a nice little unit at a great value. I have one and love it.

I bought this rangefinder and was disappointed by its performance on the course. It had trouble locking onto the pin (which is its primary purpose) and that made me doubt the number it was giving me. I also compared the distance to my cheaper inesis rangefinder and the cheaper product was more consistent. I ended up returning it and then got the voice caddie laser FIT (I have no connection to the company) and am very happy with it. It’s very reasonably priced, performs perfectly every time you shoot the pin and also has the “triangulation” ball-to-pin function which also works flawlessly. So I suggest you check at the VC laser fit.

I used this for a year alongside the Garmin Z82 and I ultimately shelved it. While the features are great, the accuracy is a huge issue. Sometimes, using triangulation, I was off by more than 100 yds in some cases.

Thank you for this review!! I’ve been hoping for this video for a few months. Any rumors on when/if upgraded versions are coming… or when other companies (ie bushnell) will start using the triangulation tech?

For me the range accuracy was quite poor. Very nice design, cool caddy mode but it just wasn’t accurate
