I will say, it is nice to see someone doing an actually real world test, instead of a few bags. I've been considering a 2024 model once they come to the states but I'm still not sure about reliability. Great video!

Glad you enjoyed the video. If it helps, my Elantra N just passed 25,000 miles and has been 100% reliable.

Reliability is great I had a i30n hatch since 2016. Same engine as this. More reliable than most cars actually. The U.S are still skeptical because N hasn't been around there aslong as Australia and EU but they're reliable. N division engineering is nothing like the normal Hyundai cars.

Sorry for posting so many comments on your videos recently but you're the only person making videos of daily issues with this car and willing to answer questions earnestly. Thank you.

I have the Elantra GT N-line and it's SUCH a good car! I've been able to get quite a bit in the hatch, especially w/ the seats down. Also, I just got my Rev9 exhaust installed today and I'm smiling...a lot. I posted a short video on my channel if anyone's interested in the sound.

If only we had the technology to cut the cardboard. If we did, we could lay it flat in the trunk and not on the back seats. We can only hope for the N-box cutter in 2025. I think the recycling facility would also appreciate that invention.

😂 It was more just a demonstration of capacity.

@@n-power-automotive I figured you were making a point on practical capacity. I just couldn’t help myself 😬. I own a ‘18 WRX and I am very intrigued by the N cars. Keep up the good work!

Hey, i saw your video on the 10 common problems with the N, has the 2023 or 2024 model fixed any of those common issues?
@n-power-automotive10 ай бұрын
From what I’ve seen, the 2023 models don’t seem to have the same issues as the 2022s, especially the early production 2022s. Mine was mid-2022 and I haven’t had any issues other than minor stuff like a couple small rattles and a noisy A/C fan, which hopefully I’ll get fixed under warranty soon.

@@n-power-automotive wow, thanks for such a good reply! I'm thinking about getting a 2023 as a daily and stumbled on your video of common issues. Thanks again!
@n-power-automotive10 ай бұрын
@@Hiro-vf7ww a lot of people who watched that video think all those issues will happen to them, but it’s only the people that have those issues that post about them in the Elantra N groups. Most owners don’t experience any of them.

Great video! Was looking for a video like this because sometimes it's really hard to guage the size of leg room and trunk space. Next time can you break out some luggage. Thanks!
@n-power-automotive10 ай бұрын
Thanks! That’s a great idea. I’ll make a note to do that next time.

So, I've had a 2011 KIA Optima for 12 years, and my EN for just under 8 months. At no time during my ownership of either of these cars did I consider them to be purposeful for toting around large items. Yes, you can put a big box in the back seat (both cars) and maybe some larger items in the truck if you do it right. But these cars, specifically the EN, wasn't made to tote things around. They're made to drive and have a good time doing so. At best, I'm putting groceries in the trunk because I had a last minute unexpected pick up to make. It seems weird to me that people ( not you ) gripe about cargo space in a CAR. Especially an economy or midsized car. If I want to carry things, I'd buy an SUV or a Truck, you know, vehicles made for that task.
@n-power-automotive10 ай бұрын
I get it, but it’s still a 4 door sedan and most people, me included, are daily driving these cars. They’re not weekend track cars for most. So, while it’s obviously not as utilitarian as a SUV, people do want to know if it can at least offer some capacity to move stuff or bring on family trips.
@GenXisT10 ай бұрын
@@n-power-automotive - That's fair. I don't daily drive mine since I still use my Optima for most things. It still has less than 1700 miles on it. And tbh, we do put suitcases etc in the trunk and we pick people up from the airport with their bags all the time too. So yes, you are correct, a 4-door sedan should be available with some level of utility. I guess my reply was more focused on massive things that really have no business in a car in the first place. At least that was my intent. I'm sure the execution of the post fell way short of that, lol. Always enjoy your videos either way. Cheers.

The strut bar being there never occured to me, you can fit a bag or two of golf clubs in that trunk regardless tho right?
@n-power-automotive10 ай бұрын
Don’t know because I don’t golf lol. But I would think they’d be able to pass partly through the strut bar like my bike does.

It's great but it's not ideal. Sold it for a XC60 recharge. My god I can't believe how soft it is compared to my older N. Got 2 babies now so the N had to go. I'll always love this car. All the best man.

Yeah, that’s a big leap in the opposite direction of the EN. All the best to you as well.
