Water meth injection doesn't affect reliability. If anything it makes the engine more reliable by keeping carbon from building up on the intake, exhaust valves and cylinder head. The only risk is if you are mapped for meth and you let your tank run out. Or if you live in the north in winter it could freeze, so you just have to drain it system out and swap tunes to a no meth injection one. Meth injection reduces the chance of pre-detonation or knocking. It also cools the intake air (The water absorbs the heat from the air after it's compressed by the turbo). It can drop intake air temperatures by 100° f. It's all benefits there really are no downsides as long as you have it mapped right by a tuner. Probably the cheapest way to add horsepower. $300-400. With your setup, HPFP, down pipe, intake, 93 tune if you add an upgraded intercooler in meth you can very safely push 400whp.

I just did a dyno with pretty much the exact same you got stage 2 N75 same mods and I got 372hp 389 torque best run so I think you might be pushing around the same not 335 unless you dynoed that but i definitely want to do WMI I just will upgrade the clutch cause it adds a lot of torque great video!
@snelligan8821 күн бұрын
that's actually crazy. are you just basic stage 2? mines the stage 2 no higher rpm shift and no extra pops
@clav766021 күн бұрын
@ I do have the enhanced pops and extra shift so that could’ve impacted it a bit but I wouldn’t say 40-45hp more so your definitely up there also my max HP hit at 5.9k rpm and torque at 4.4 not 7 my lowest run heat soaked was 368hp that’s why I want to do WMI as that will help it a lot pretty sure that downpipe and turbo inlet do a hell of a addition I’m pretty sure the tune itself is just 335 these extra mods are adding a lot

ay, the timing is mint I've just gone stage 2 with Daniel as well man good choice! question for your exhaust setup bro - do you reckon valves closed, is quiet than valves closed on the stock? I've got the dp, res delete, and stock rest, and love the sound.. but curious to if your setup when closed is quieter than stock? keep uploading bro, love following your build
