They don’t have to spent money on advertising, R&D and all other things. These things will be covered by the original company. I think that is why they stick to fake phones.

One dead giveaway would be to connect it to some kind of external display. On real samsung fold/flip/S series it will mirror the screen and also allow you to use Samsung Dex. On the fake one they would have to try really hard. Also some settings in the fake one would show the old android UI if you look for something that isnt used that often (like VPN, etc.), this is usually more funny with the fake iphone showing old android ui.

there are defenitely differences between the boxes, but I think it's probably really hard to tell if you don't have a real one next to your fake one to compare. Also I think at the end it was a micro sd card slot and not sim.
