Does the Morning After Pill Have a Weight Limit? | Julie

I want to know, after taking emergency contraceptive pill my girlfriend got brown discharge (very little and it stayed for only one day) after 7 days. Is that withdrawal bleeding or implantation bleeding?? If there is any pregnancy? ( Her last day of period was 20/06/2024, and unprotected sex happen on 22/06/2024 and pill was taken within 12 hours, her BMI is 31)

Hey So my BMI is around 33-34.5 and i took the pill 5 hours after unprotected intercourse (it was just fingering, but I'm not sure if he had any sperm on his fingers because he masturbated earlier). This happened on December 13, started bleeding ( lightly though, I even thought my period disappeared in between)on the 21st - 25 (which is when I should've had my period, I don't keep track but it's normally at the end of the month). Now it's January 31st and i haven't seen my period, is it because of the stress or I should just calm down. Because some people say they missed a whole month and didn't see their period till the beginning/early of the second month

Menstrual changes are a common side effect of taking the morning-after pill, so the delay you’re experiencing is totally normal. Julie and other morning-after pills contain a larger amount of levonorgestrel, a synthetic hormone that’s also in some birth control pills. The extra amount of hormones can affect your menstrual cycle and result in delays. The weight limit thing is so stupid. So fat chicks just get pregnant then. No alternative.
