I have the 2024 and absolutely love it. What surprised me was how quiet and smooth the ride is. Functionality is off the charts and that cargo space sure comes in handy when transporting my greyhounds, trips to Home Depot or the garden center. This is our go to for long trips because its just so relaxing and comfortable. Maybe it's not "cool" or "sporty", but it's a well designed and well built machine that performs it's function flawlessly.

A lot of people are hard on minivans, but there really the best vehicles. Most people aren't going off road, and you probably not going to do it in your "cool" rav4.. :) Minivans are the best vehicles for families, they have a low floor so they are super comfortable, the kids are happy, your not cramming luggage when you go on a trip and there decent on gas. It's a car if you need to move a lot of people comfortably. The Odyssey and Pacifica are perfect amazing vehicles.

Hey Joe. My wife and I have been driving Odysseys for two decades. We just traded our 2020 in for a 2025. Wow. I didn’t think there was much room to improve, but Honda has proven me wrong. This is by far the smoothest and most comfortable vehicle I have ever driven. It’s simple elegance and functionality kicks azz on even much more expensive European luxury vehicles. And there is nothing more reliable-except perhaps Lexus. You can’t go wrong with an Odyssey. Best family vehicle ever. Yes, the Sienna hybrid is excellent as well, but the availability is spotty, the engine drone is terrible, and the fit and finish is not as good as Honda. Not to mention that you are looking at several thousand dollars more… up to over $10k more. Can’t wait for a hybrid version!

I drove a purple Chrysler Town and Country minivan around Nashville back in the late 90s when I was on a trip for work, and it was impressive. Was it cool? The Kia Carnival has a unique rear wiper design that's hidden for a sleek look. I think it's the best-looking MPV out there. It's got an SUV vibe and doesn't look like your typical minivan. Plus, the tech features are top-notch. It's a great option for young families.

The Kia Carnival doesn't look like your typical minivan because it looks like your everyday run of the mill SUV. With the streets flooded with SUVs the Carnival does it's best to blend in with them. At least the Odyssey and Sienna stand out from the generic SUV that's look all over the road nowadays. Also I would never trust Kia's quality over Toyota or Honda, regardless of what tech bells and whistles they give you.

Nice to see our man, the on throttle lead foot Joe R. review a family hauler. For those that can't afford a Suburban or Escalade which can be well north of a $100K. The dreaded minivan from a practicality standpoint is hard to beat. The Honda Ody and Toyota Sienna are the way to go if in the market for such a vehicle. Agreed if a sinister look is what you're after in your minivan moldings should be darker.

The Honda infotainment system, in every car, is the worst in the industry. Old, clunky looking and sticking up from the dash like a meerkat

But its also very easy to use. An Odessey has really simple and easy controls

@@alexmassengale433 eh. Kia, Hyundai, GM and Mazda all have better systems that look better and are still pretty easy to operate. Just my 0.02. Honda's interiors look stuck in the late 2010's.

Carnival is way better but it loses me at not being AWD
@alexmassengale433
@alexmassengale433 4 ай бұрын
The Carnival drives much worse. And the controls are poorly thought out. They also manage to have a much less usable front seat area than Honda and Toyota in terms of interior storage. It has very cool tech but it isn't as well sorted of a vehicle which is typical for Korean cars. Heavy on the flash, light on the substance.
