One more point to make, Honda currently has some decent finance rates, 2.9%, 3.9% and 4.9%, depending on term. A couple of percentage points under what you can get from local banks or credit unions. Helps your hard earned dollar go a bit further.

I love the overall look, despite the fact I hate black paint due to maintenance. I agree with ALL your zonks. For the price, I'd take CX-90. This is great for a soccer Mom car when Dad's driving it. Engine sounds good on-throttle. Looks like a nice floaty family bus, with an edge to it! 👍🏻

A V4 has the same characteristics of a V8. Look up a Saab Sonett V4. They sound like hot rods. Auto manufacturers don't think hybridizing a V4 is good business. They're committed to forcing econo engines on us. Nothing with character.

Yep! They're not there yet but the progress is really good. Unlike the dumb other companies honda isnt jumping to new things like new infotainment etc, they purposefully let things improve and THEN implement them making really reliable and relatively affordable products with outstanding quality. I'd rather this honda that keeps its value even though it has "outdated" parts than a range rover that loses a ton of value, and has really high price to own. not worth having some expensive looking futureistic interior

I have a '19 Odyssey EX-L and love it. It has 4-way lumbar (!) which Honda seems to have forgotten how to do on their new models. Wife and I are looking at replacing her '16 CR-V and have been all in on Honda for a long time but this round we're actually talking about testing some other brands. Love your reviews, just feel like some of the choices they make are strange. I know I know I should go start my own channel 😅 Keep up the great work Joe

Wow! talk about karma, how relevent was this review. Just closed on a black edition today, got 10% under msrp, a tad over 50k with no dealer bs add ons. Currently driving a 2005 Mazda 3, it was definitely time. Was looking for reliability, simplicity and functionality. Thanks Joe for the great review, just reinforces that I made the right decision.

Personally I don’t want a bunch of gloss black on the outside. Shows scratches and scuffs too easily. I don’t care about the little chrome accents here and there either. I don’t care bout the size of the display screen. I do hate the push button transmission. I also like the rear wiper where it is from a prcticality standpoint.

A 3-row crossover? It depends on your needs. The Grand Highlander is pretty good in my opinion. Just sucks that it still has a stop sale notice because of the air bag recall. Went with the Pathfinder instead. Thousands cheaper than its rivals here in Canada.
