Once you have augmented on ropinerole and then miropex what treatment is recommended for SEVERE RLS.

I was on premapaxole for about 5 years snd experienced severe augmentation which lead me to get off it. Sleep was unatainable though for about 4 months after weaning off of it and trying gabapentin which made me feel pretty whack. Now i am on Nuepro patch and am at least able to sleep with no symptoms. What are some other options?

As mentioned in the video, Neupro masks augmentation by being like a 24/7 pramipexole. There is no time when one is not getting the drug to notice that the RLS is occurring earlier and earlier in the day.
