Like many issues in the Church, this is one that can be solved by covenant members claiming their spiritual authority. You covenant to build the kingdom of God, not necessarily to accept every volunteer opportunity presented to you. Your opportunity is to exercise judgment as an agent in the kingdom, asking yourself, “is this the most good that my time and talents can offer?” Something to that effect. (Of course, the main point of the video is more the mindset behind making this kind of request, not whether this woman could say no.)

I mean, when you covenant to 💀🪦 yourself if needed, there isn’t anything off the table, right? (Even if that’s your livelyhood)
