I like it with weakness policy attack weight and focus band, not having lens honestly isn’t too bad, you still have good single target damage anyway, and in a team fight you’re very difficult to kill

I run a very wacky build where I run movement speed emblems and float or charge and you can chase people and run away very easily like you’re gredant

⁠​⁠@@haku4841 go dmg/hp to be useful during Ray fight, what actually matters. the speed from stone & emblems activates after 5 seconds of not dealing/taking damage, they’re not permanently up lol.

@@hotlikesauce yes I know what u mean, I mainly run just the + movement speed emblems not the yellow emblems for out of combat because play tough is a percentage base boost movement speed emblems plus, float or charge are definitely noticeable . Plus running in and getting a KO and getting out alive is also important and I’d say my build is great at doing that

@haku4841 I'm not sure honestly. It'll be too op then. You can lock on attackers and they'll die instantly with whirlpool damage. Since All rounders aren't a direct counter to Attackers like Speedsters are, attackers should have a fair chance against them.

@ yes fair enough, maybe another cooldown buff then, either way it’s win rate either way whirlpool and other moveset is both lower than its counterpart which is crazy since it’s meant to compliment whirlpool. That move definitely needs something even tiny

@ I feel like u do more dmg just basic attacking then by using play rough aswel so it needs decent utility maybe the stun could be slightly longer or it provides a light bonus like hit speed or it reduces enemy’s hit speed or like I said before a CD would be fine aswell since it’s fun running around anyway

I think the main issue with Whirlpool is how bad Play Rough actually is.

@@haku4841 I did and let me be honest, I don’t like Whirlpool and Water Pulse or Play Rough and Aqua Tail. If it needs tuning, yeah I can agree but saying that it’s actually bad is not even close to how strong that moveset is because Play Rough doesn’t exactly work with any move other than Whirlpool and tbh, that’s the thing with that moveset in general. I have to play it like a Speedster. That’s what that moveset is like. It’s bad in actual team fights unless it flanks on enemy carry or when it fights in a 1v1 battle. It can’t do much in any other situation unlike Aqua Tail/Water Pulse which can actually team fight. In fact, I have mostly won matches with this moveset but the losses I had with it are mostly in the later part of the game where I can’t even team fight. That’s why its win rate is not as high as it should be.

I have this "one-shot" build with scope, amp and weight, but it's actually just a big CC chain with: [cast play rough, unite, auto with play rough, cast rough again and auto again with okay rough] it does big damage to single targets and sometimes outright kills them and does okay damage even against groups because of the amp and because of the prevalence of CC i run full heal since play rough already gives me movement speed and amp makes your unite much more spammable for much more frequent ambushes

This season is impossible for me to play. Im only spam snorlax until I reach master and call it a day. Truly want to try out the patch tho. I only tried espeon (future sight buff is kinda good actually imo). Really want to try lapras (my defender main). And also this azu, because usually I only play the other build. but I want to keep my sanity for now
