45 minutes on treadmill. WALK. 15% incline to 30%. Back and forth reducing speed from 3.8 to 2.5. Aligning my posture and keeping my core tight accordingly is most important. Music. Must have music. I am 5 foot 8, 133 lbs. I am 58 in January.

For the first time I had tried walking backwards on the highest incline, and the next morning, my glutes were screaming. That's one other tip.

LOL Gym fail. I constantly see women in the gym who only want to work out glutes and misuse machines. Whereas it is so simple, do Deep Squats, Lunges, Hip/Glutes bridges, treadmill on high incline (no holding nor walking backwards). Use proper form and your glutes will grow and get toned.

B BG so simple for YOU. not everyone can do those exercises. Gotta do what works for YOU. Too many people fail to consider everyone is different and has different needs. The important part is staying fit and active as much as possible.

You should mention your calves will be hit as well. Someone should tell all these people using the incline and then holding on the handles negates the incline completely.

Am I blind or are you 😂 She may not have glutes that sticks out like a hippo but she has an incredible figure and amazing thighs! Body goals for sure! 😊
