Remember that nobody cares, literally no one cares about you , they’re at the gym doing their thing. Remember to do your thing. No one cares. Do you care abt how other people exercise? Hopefully not. Same goes with others

@@randomuser1567 this is not true. Men try to talk to me everyday I’m at the gym no matter the time. My advice is sad but keep your eyes down music on and the more into the workout you are the more you can avoid talking to them

Same here. I've never seen anyone do anything other than walk or run on the treadmill - well last week I saw a guy walk backwards. But I wouldn't want people to stare at me.

That’s what I am doing now. My butt work out routine was starting to get easy for me so I switched up and stepped it up two notches. Needlesss to say while typing this my guy still hurts from two days ago.😬😬😬😬😬😳😳😳😳

Hey I'm looking for KZbin videos to help me learn how to build glutes on the treadmill. I've heard that the Treadmill actually makes your butt flat. I was wondering if I used resistance bands with that activate glutes as well and help them grow while working on the treadmill?

See I’m at speed 2 and it’s very fast. I’m also on an incline of 20. This is obviously a different machine.
