Just the way he chose to chew on the gum in each scene, as if to say... "I'm just your regular pizza guy here... Who ordered pepperoni?" Just fxcking brilliant! Even the way he wore his fro... It screams..."I'm just your regular pizza guy here... We got anchovies and extra cheese on this one!" He truly pulled me into the scene, and now I want a pizza. Bravo, Lionel Pina... You stole the show!

I believe the pizza boy’s real name is Lionel Pina. He was also a SWAT member in the movie Inside Man who had a line about the tip being left when pizza was ordered in that film

Allegedly yes, it did: "Wojtowicz demanded that his hostages be fed, and when authorities arrived with pizza, Wojtowicz began throwing money to the onlookers. Once word got out that money was being thrown out by the crooks, more people showed up. “The crowd loved it…they were all rooting for [Wojtowicz]. He came out and threw away, I don't know how many dollars, a few thousand. He threw away handfuls of money, up in the air, and this mob starts surging to grab the bills that are being blown down,” Wicker said.
