Looks like you need a chain saw out there, y’all had fun also. Looking for me a boat, canoe, or a kayak. The oconee river is pretty close to me, just can’t make up my mind which one is best for me, I will be fishing mostly by myself,so no two trucks at different boat ramps, so that sorta changes thangs a lot. Ever fished the oconee river.

No sir never have, but I’ve heard it can be good. I really like fishing tiny areas of rivers where boats can’t run. Normally I won’t cut any trees so it keeps the boat traffic out.

Can you paddle a kayak upriver a pretty good ways then fish back towards boat landing, how hard is it to paddle?

@@dannylang7971 it’s a lot like riding a bike…a little challenging at first but the more you do it the easier it gets. I’ve been doing it so long my paddle almost feels like I’m operating a trolling motor
