I've only foster failed twice and both times it was an animal that had a medical emergency while under my care. Dealing with a foster in those types of situations just increases the bond you have.

How in the world can two years go by and a sweet dog like Bobby not get adopted? She's a good size, she seems to have a calm temperament, and of course looks aren't really that important but she is definitely a cutie. I hope by being featured on Bondi Vet that someone falls in love with Bobby and adopts her, so Tanya can save another dog that needs to be fostered. ❤️

I'm confused by that too. She must have had some serious behavioral or health issues. Jacks are intense little dogs and can definitely be aggressive if they're coming from a bad situation. They need enrichment and they bond very strongly with their person. They're a lovely combination of lap dog and athlete. One of my favorite breeds.❤

That is exactly the reason snakes are not welcome on my property. I know a lot of people think they are just wonderful, but I am not one of them. My dog is far more important than a poisonous snake.

Our english setter once got bit by a common european viper (Norways only venomous snake) and got unsteady on his legs after 7 seconds. He got to the vet ca 40 min after the bit and was struggling to keep conscious. But he quickly recovered 100% at the vet 🐶❤

This was very hard to watch. This made me pause and think about the many deadly species of insects and snakes in Australia that the Australian people have the misfortune of having to deal with exotic flora and fauna that can be hazardous to human beings as well as their beloved pets seems to be the cost of living in paradise...and makes me understand why every Australian I know has a heart of gold but underneath it, all is a little bit of a badass...LOL! I love the Australian people and their resilience

Bobbi's carer is already a mom to her. She really needs to keep her bond with Bobbi and adopt her. Maybe that's why no one else has claimed the little dog - she already has a mom who clearly and deeply loves her.

If you do not accept your dog as a family member, if you have children teaching them respect, perhaps you should consider fish. In the ER bites to children, in my experience, were often from children poking a dog in the eye, grabbing sensitive areas, or teasing. The fault is always placed on the dog, they can be deemed unadoptable and euthanized. There is no companionship like a dogs, up or down, whatever happens they provide love. Play is fine, but unintentional injuries occasionally occur, don't blame the dog.

I hate snakes. The area I live in there's casually snakes appearing. Id say they only appear when our German shepherd gave birth and another time when a chihuahua we were taking care of gave birth too. But now that we don't have chickens laying eggs in our backyard. They're pretty much gone now but the rats are piling up now... wya snakes..?

do they have free healthcare in Australia for dogs and cats etc no they dont lol well this little trip to a VET has costed upwards of 1000 us dollars and the same is true in America and with the current inflation rate more like upwards of 1300 dollars usd think about that do you have an extra 1300 for your dog or cat
