It is definitely reversible as my brother-in-law has gotten one and I had previously worked in OB/GYN and saw husbands do it. The only thing that is permanent is if Savannah got a hysterectomy.

I agree with some of the comments. I felt like Josh was done after baby #2. It’s amazing that you’re being blessed with a little boy. He will fall in love and will always have a best friend. I think 3 babies is great! Anything after that is a crowd girl and it will make time with your hubby, difficult. Not my place. Just my opinion. I only have two and it’s complicated at times to get those date nights and alone time that every married couple NEEDS. Having a bunch of kids isn’t a trend. Be realistic. Much love to you all. My husband immediately got snipped after the birth of our youngest daughter (3rd child in our home). He has a daughter from a previous relationship as well. We have since had the thought- do we want one more?! And then the feeling passes and we're like, no- so glad we weren't able to act on that. I'm all for snip it now. We've been married 10 years now and in our mid 30s. Super glad we took away the option and are just enjoying our kiddos and eachother most importantly ♡

I think she just loves being a mother and loves her kids and the fact that someone telling her no more is just devastating. It’s like taking a part of her heart away. I can relate to her in that way. I completely agree that he has the right to get snipped and say no more kids. But she also has a right to say I want more. I think we all like to have our options. I don’t want anymore kids myself. I have two healthy boys. My husband wouldn’t mind a 3rd but financially and realistically due to our age, we just shouldn’t have another. But I will never get my tubes tied. I want him to get snipped. He doesn’t like the idea of getting snipped so I feel guilty. Idk it can be a lot. Everyone just has to do what’s right for their family and of course, everyone has to be on the same page and be honest about what they want. Respect is a huge thing too. This is a tough topic, always!

So if she wanted to be done and do something to ensure it then that’s on her. So our dog just died four weeks ago from a misdiagnosis from the vet. We took her in because of the goop in her eyes and they said it was allergies. I woke up one morning to let her out and she was gone. It was determined that it was Addison disease. Common in poodles but we didn’t know. I’m glad your pups are okay and I would have taken both to the vet as soon as you got home. Y’all are great fur parents and parents Ra to your kids and it’s hard to leave them in someone else care because you never know if they take care of you animals like you do. As someone who’s been married for 15 years today (YAY) we are doing a vow renewal in two weeks. We never had a wedding so this is big for us however this is also a celebration as to what God has done in our marriage and lives. My husband upgraded my ring last Christmas because my original ring wasn’t exactly what he wanted for me but is what he could afford and I never batted and eye. I’ve never put emphasis on my ring because when I take it off I’m still married the ring is nothing but a beautiful object to show you’ve committed yourself to another individual forever with Gods might grace! I used Rover once and it was okay but I didn’t feel comfortable after that so we just board our dog now I feel so much more comfortable and they love him there, he’s an American bully XL and a giant goober! However is bread and strength is intimidating so the fact that the boarding place loves him makes me feel so much better. So taking them or leaving them somewhere/ with someone, is literally like me taking my heart out of my chest and trusting whoever with it. I totally agree with y’all that it was your decision about everything, and they should have notified you immediately, to ask and see what you wanted to do and at the very least make you aware as soon as they were. My dog’s vet offers boarding services. And I always leave him there when we go on vacation because if something happens they are already at the vet and they will call you for your consent before administering any medication if needed. I would suggest maybe looking for something like that. It’s on the pricier side but 100% worth it.

I literally never comment on your guises videos because I’m more of a silent watcher. this is my first time commenting on one of your guys videos and I felt like I needed to this episode because of the topic on Nash and Rue since I am a dog mom! I feel like you guys were 100% valid with how you felt about her and she definitely should’ve told you about his eyes right when she noticed it in case you would want her to go to the vet right away and the same thing with the vomiting. But when got out of the backyard and almost got hit by a car that would’ve been the last straw for me and I would’ve had to find somebody to go get them because at that point I wouldn’t trust them under her care. It makes me so sad that you guys had to go through that because hearing these stories is why I never go on vacation without letting someone I know like my mom watch my dogs unfortunately because I can’t trust other people out here because of stories like this. That’s wild about the dogs. I had my dog attacked at dog daycare, they contacted me and took her to the vet and we didn’t get offered a refund and were told we may have to pay for the pet visit if the owner doesn’t want to. So sadly these things can happen to our fur babies but she def should’ve been transparent and compassionate and remorseful of the situations.

I completely understand where Josh is coming from! However, it’s been 5 years and I now want another and my husband doesn’t (we have 1girl, 1boy). I had an iud and unknowingly it fell out and I got pregnant I January. Talk about complete shock when we said we were done having kids. That ended as a miscarriage at 7.3 weeks. That made me realize I wasn’t really done having kids. With you being so young I say wait for the vasectomy. It can be reversed but it’s costly. 💙 love you guys and I’m so excited for you both.

I love you guys, the same thing happened to me and wife we had a dog sitter watching our dog while we were away and when we returned home, we were out of the country, we receive a voicemail stating that they had found a dog with a dog tag that had our phone number on a highway. When we called the number and talked to the person that said they had our dog for about three days.We were so happy that the person saved our dog and was taking care of her. When I called the sitter they stated that she got out of their backyard and they looked for her for a day or so and could not find her and they knew we were out of the country so that was why they didn't call us. We will never use them or recommend them to anyone. Me and my wife picked up the dog from the person who had him and paid her daughter for watching her, never spoke to the dog sitter again. Man I was so pissed off.

Mama of 2 grown kids here. My 1st husband had a vasectomy after our 2nd child, our daughter Ally. Unfortunately you’ll see by my wording we didn’t last. During the years after having children i had female problems and had to have a surgical procedure that made it impossible to carry a pregnancy. I’m now remarried and he doesn’t have kids of his own and knew I couldn’t get pregnant. He said his dad who adopted him showed him he could love a child whom isn’t biologically his. He’s treated both my kiddos as his own and we’ve been together for almost 14 years. God forbid y’all don’t make it there are people out there who will love and treat your kids are their own. Everyone upset about the Vasectomy talk. We never truly know what goes on in someone's home. Yes they share bits and pieces, at the end of the day i understand both view points. He feels content with 3, they will soon have 3 under 3 which can be overwhelming. She is thinking of jt from a future standpoint. Just because in the moment she is okay with holding off on having anymore doesn't mean down the line their feelings may be the same later on. We don't know akd they may come to an agreement on their own. So sorry to hear about the dogs and am glad they are okay! They are just as precious as children! You have to do what works for your relationship! I love that you are showing your girls love and a healthy relationship. Those girls are going to grow up and know what expectation to have in a partner! Also excited to see the new journey and navigating having a son! I think the girls will be in loveeeeee and be the best helpers! I think Josh feels like having his son makes him feel complete! For PDA, people fail to realize that they dated their partner before marriage. Keep dating your partner after marriage!!! Keep the spice there, show them all the love and do those things that made you fall in love initially! Keep doing what works for your household and love the mess out of your wife/husband Josh & Sav!!!!

I tooootally understand both Josh and Sav’s perspectives on getting a vasectomy! The only thing I would add to Sav’s perspective is that the newborn-5 y.o years are some of parent’s hardest years so maybe waiting until at least the oldest is out of that phase could give Josh a different perspective? Maybe as a couple you could pick a certain amount of years of a timeline to say “if Josh doesn’t change his mind in __ amount of years” we can get the vasectomy? Just an idea! No hate or shame no matter what. Love you guys!! I’m so sorry you and your dogs went through that…. It’s ridiculous and def some sort of even partial refund worthy. Also….. The problem here is that Sav would get pregnant again pretty soon so there is no we wait some years phase because the natural birth control obviously doesn’t work on her because she forgets to treck it right with baby 3 😂 So I feel like he doesn’t trust her with this anymore…

My dog is like my first born. If anyone had multiple instances. I would have them picked up immediately! My dog has also gotten into the grease trap on the grill. It was very scary. So happy they are okay!

As a dog sitter AND a dog owner this freaks me out. It’s your utmost responsibility to be extra careful around someone else’s dogs ESPECIALLY when they are away SO far. It’s common knowledge especially if you had told her the dog was a “counter surfer”. This is insane. She tried to hide it for a few hours even after your dog was throwing up is infuriating. I get accidents happen. But she should have been more careful. Never use her again. She doesn’t care about the animal she cares about the check. And that’s so unfortunate. It’s my main reason that stops me from traveling. Because my dog is like my kid.
