A rot can be very dominant at a young age, mine was 2 months old and already was showing dominance like walking a head of me nipping and growling, i manage to control it by having more confident and showing more toughness or showing that I AM THE BOSS.....keep in mind a certain breed of dog cant always be the dog for you specially a Rottweiler, if you lack confidence and a sense of leadership the you will definitely have a very though time controlling a dog that was born to be tough and confident.....if your planing to adopt a Rottweiler then i suggest you prepare and train your self first before training and adopting a dog.....

Christopher Matthews I plan on getting a Rottweiler and been doing a lot of research on the breed. I have a strong mind and I will start training from the first day and I will socialize and take steps to let it know that I'm the pack leader when I'm tested. As far as tug of war yes I'll play it as a reward for it knowing that I'm in control at all times. Dogs mirror their owners. I have friends that own pit bulls and rotties who love people and are friendly. I plan on socializing my Rottweiler with animals and people I don't want an aggressive Rottweiler unless my place is being broken into or someone is attacking me. Then I know that my Rottweiler will scare them off. If someone has a gun pointed at me then my Rottweiler will attack them instinctively. I have anxiety and depression hopefully my Rottweiler can also be my therapy dog also. They can be really good therapy dogs as well.

@@adrenalinestairz5068 Definitely do that..ive own both doberman and Rottweiler and they require extreme mental exercise because these are a working breed of dog primarily security use. Socialization is a must if you plan to bring guest or family over for a cookout because these dogs are wary of strangers literally like having a loaded gun on a leash. Also ownership of rotties and dobies may raise the home owner insurance up depending on where you live because these dogs have a reputation for attacks so make sure your fenced in areas are High these dogs can easily clear a 6ft fence to go after someone passing by.

2000 psi 🤨🤔? I think you might be wrong with that one. Good video though I liked it

If they are only using 2 teeth they could easily generate 2000 psi, that would only require about 130 pounds of actual force.

2000 pounds it’s just a little bit too much I would say that it’s 335

Those paws are not big, they must be American Rotty , anyone know where I can find a male German Rottweiler? Mine passed away a few years ago.

A faster way to show dominance, pin dog down and bite on neck(not hard) , You’re pack leader within sec.
