Please hold your horses. It is not a matter of rich or poor. It is a matter of time and the willingness to offer your time to your dog for its needs and learn what it needs in the first place. I have seen poor people not taking their dogs out ever! At least these people have their dogs in a very good state instead of them being in a shelter and are willing to learn. That is why they brought Mr. Milan to their house. Their intentions are good. We should not judge by appearance or by wealthness but by intentions and actions. They wanted to learn and provide a better life for them and their dogs.

I need this on a guide dog harness sign: "No Touch, No Talk, No Eye Contact." So many signs say, "Please Don't Pet Me, I'm Working," with the universal "no" symbol, but my gosh, you would not believe the number of people who talk to my dog so that I have to calm her down. She is extremely sensitive to people--the extrovert of the party--so even the right look on a person's face--something I can't see because I'm blind--can and will make her think it'd be fun to go socialize. She knows better, she just adores people. She's not out of control, just excited to see everybody. She's ten--we've been doing this thing for a long time, and she's likely nearing retirement. But still... People expect her to be this subdued perfectly-behaved angel. Any guide/service dog trainer will tell you, "They are dogs first." This means, do NOT expect perfection. Anyway... Rant over. I just wish I knew of a way to get a custom harness sign that said these things. It would make my life so, so much easier. Jury's out on whether harness signs work, but it'd better than not having something to hopefully deter people.

Her underage daughters are the bread winner in this family. For real. The kids are Tik Tok stars and the parents live off them.

People have a stupid habit of thinking dogs are just toys. It is a huge responsibility and commitment to bring a whole animal into your family (pack).

Cesar is putting too much effort on lecturing you guys about the dog psychology and what did he get?

He wasted his time on these "famous" people. Not wanting to walk their own dogs. The dogs would be better off living with Cesar.

Damn their so inconsiderate. I’m realizing rich people are privileges and become to shallow and engulfed in their self they don’t give a damn about nobody not even their own pets. Sad.

Your patience with this family is solid. Even in this short video, their body language screams," can't we be some where, any where else?" This group of people (family in name only) have these dogs as trophies. Everyone of their peers have dogs, so they have dogs. Bet good time and energy that they will hire a walker to walk their dogs. Maybe. Caesar's suggestion of taking 30 minutes once a week as a family to walk their dogs fell on deaf ears. These people might answer: "You don't know us; so why you judging us?" Oh, you are known. Your body language, your blank faces, give you away. Poor dogs.
