I remember first becoming aware of the Mirage series, probably about 10 years after they started building them. The only way to find out about aircraft back then was by chance on TV, or through aviation magazines. I thought it was the coolest looking fighter back in the late 60's, early 70's, especially with the camouflage paint that it commonly wore back then. It was almost invisible to the naked eye from below.

Had someone quote a movie on me the other day because I said "the only thing I didn't like about the Euro was the slow rate of fire".
