80s Metal is some of the greatest that's irrefutable. And you clearly haven't heard much of it if you think there's no 80s inspiration in there. The chorus has a Dio Rainbow in The Dark sound to it. And the guitar solo is very reminiscent of the 80s. So you're wrong.
