You dont have to choose targets, you have effects that trigger on cast, that means you draw cards and put counters, then you can choose targets still, you want to prioritize card draw before targets are selected. @13:00

I love Tovolar, but this flipping almost got me to abandon the deck. I made proxies with the frontside of the cards, and kept the real ones sleeved in transparent sleeves, then problem solved. These cards would be way better if they printed it like those kamigawa ones.
