The defendant conspiculously left out the part about the dogs running outside of the gate. It went from 'my dogs greeted me' to 'my dogs were jumping near the plaintifff.' The most important thing is that they went out of the gate and THEN engaged the plaintiff. JJ having none of it.

My best friends boyfriend has a dog. He occasionally brings it to the beach without a collar. And it runs up to everyone. I have mentioned to him several times that it is unsafe.
